  • If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.
  • Additional product policies referenced in-app are incorporated by reference when applicable.

The Service and its content, features, templates, and materials (collectively, “CourseDot Materials”) are owned by CourseDot or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal educational operations.

You may not

  • Copy, sell, or sublicense CourseDot Materials except as permitted in writing.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by law.
  • Remove proprietary notices or branding.

5. Payments and Refunds

Billing terms and refund window.

Prices may change from time to time. If you are on a subscription, pricing changes will apply at renewal unless otherwise stated.

Refund policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, subject to verification and applicable law. To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your order details.

Chargebacks or abusive refund requests may result in account restrictions.

6. Disclaimers

“As is” service and risk allocation.
